The Build

Research to outreach, running in HubSpot.

The assistant runs the full top of your sales funnel. It researches companies that fit your ideal customer profile, qualifies the ones likely to buy your dairy ingredients, and finds the decision makers with verified contact details. Every qualified prospect is created or updated in HubSpot as a clean contact and company record, organized into the right lists and pipeline stages with source and enrichment attached, and deduplicated so the CRM stays trustworthy at volume. From there it drafts personalized outreach from each prospect's context and triggers the appropriate HubSpot follow up workflows, while recommending which opportunities to prioritize based on your products and target markets. I will recommend the best technical approach up front, build it on OpenAI and HubSpot with Zapier, Make, or n8n where they fit, and explain every piece in plain language so your team can run it and expand into the future projects on your list, from Xero and quoting to order processing and Microsoft 365.
